Micro-Transit is a same-day, on-demand, curb-to-curb service. Micro-Transit service is available within the displayed zone below. It includes a large portion of Morganton, Drexel, Valdese, and Rutherford College. There is no need to walk to a stop and “wait” until the bus arrives. There is no need to follow current requirements to “book” a ride which requires the customer to call at least one day in advance, prior to 12 noon. This service creates much more flexibility!
